My name is Blake Baldwin and I can be your musical guide!

I can help you learn to play the songs you want to play and write the songs you want to write.

I have over 15 years of teaching experience, teaching students from eight to EIGHTY years old, both privately and for various musical institutions including Cal Arts’ CAP program, Sunset Learning Studio, artworx LA, and Long Lake Camp for the Arts. I am available for private and group music lessons and coaching, and I am well versed in virtually every style of rock/pop playing; from pop/indie, classic rock, blues, and even death metal.

Just a little about me:

I am a multi-instrumentalist session musician, singer/songwriter, composer, and a 2014 MFA graduate from the Herb Alpert School of Music's eclectic Performer/Composer program. Since graduating I have performed all over the USA and have had songs featured on notable shows including SNL, Hacks (HBO), Mr. Inbetween (FX), and more.

I host in-person lessons at my home studio in San Pedro, CA. If you aren’t local our lessons can be done via video call.
